A piece of my headliner was hanging and the guy who was going to give me the quote ripped it off. He did not ask or anything, just did it. Why you ask? Pretty much laziness. I have gone to 7 other different places to get quotes and all of them brought out a guide to match the color. Not this guy, he ripped it off and brought it inside. Whatever though, no biggie. Here's the kicker. When I asked for the estimate to be printed out he said "I don't do computers" okay fine, how about you just write it down on a piece of paper, he hesitated but said okay. So remember that piece of my car he ripped off, the headliner? Yeah, well he left it on his desk and didn't give it back to me so I proceeded to grab it, he then says "hey I need that" I explain to him, umm no you don't and if I decide to go with you, you have it back. I told him it was mine and I needed it to show the responsible party that was going to pay for the damage.  He then refuses to give me any sort of written estimate because I was planning on "shopping around". My mine was blown. The man literally ripped a piece of car off without asking and got upset that I wanted it back. Like WTF. By far the worst business ethics I have yet to see.
